We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any a lot more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant quantity of cash out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
